UPLIFT Boulder
UPLIFT Boulder is the updated and rebranded version of Town Strength gym in Boulder, CO.
Let me start by saying that I may be a bit biased towards UPLIFT Boulder as I have been a member since February of 2022.
I have managed to not only lose an additional 55lbs (110lbs total) since that time but have also packed on a significant amount of muscle mass.
How you may ask? The staff and owners of UPLIFT push each and every member to keep coming back, put in the work, and never give up.
UPLIFT owners Jena and Devon know each and every member’s name, goals, and journey. Heck, they even know my dog’s name.
UPLIFT Boulder is a one-of-a-kind gym that not only helps you achieve the fitness results you are working for but demand them.
I meet regularly with Jena for personal training sessions that focus on form and adding variety to my strength training program.
If you are looking for group classes – UPLIFT has killer classes led by a variety of coaches each with a unique focus on different fitness levels and movements.
If you are looking to get that extra push from a trainer – look no further UPLIFT Boulders’ training staff will be the kick in the a** you need to not only reach your ideal level of fitness but crush it.
If you are like me and like something in-between personal training and working out on your own – UPLIFT will meet you exactly where you are and give you both the tools and knowledge to excel in the gym.
Honestly, if you are looking for a gym in Boulder, CO stop reading now and sign up for their trial.
You won’t be disappointed.
