The Terms of Service say to cancel at least 48 hours before renewal; service continues to the end of the paid period. On multi-month plans you 'may be required to pay out the rest of your balance' unless a provider says you can't continue for medical reasons. The $30 consult fee is non-refundable once a prescription is issued, prescription products are final sale, and partially used periods generally aren't refunded. Ivím Health: Membership agreement: programs cannot be cancelled mid-term and remaining fees for the full program are owed; fees non-refundable, no pro-rated refunds.
