Analytics
We count visits with Fathom Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal information or build profiles of visitors. It records which pages are viewed, the referring site, the browser and device type, and the country, in aggregate. We also count clicks on links to clinic and brand websites, so we know which reviews readers find useful.
Calculators and quizzes
Every calculator and quiz runs in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are not sent to us.
If you choose to email yourself your results, we send the results shown on screen, not your answers, to the address you give, through our email provider. We send that email once and do not keep the results. Your address is added to our mailing list only if you tick the box to subscribe, and the list records your email address alone, never which tool you used or what it showed.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future sends.
The contact form
If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message, and the country your request came from. We use them only to reply and to correct the site, deliver them through our email provider (Resend), and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose. Please do not send medical records or details of your health that you would not want to share; we cannot give personal medical advice.
Hosting and security
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Links to clinics and other sites
Clinic reviews link to the providers’ own websites. When you follow a link, that site’s privacy policy applies. Some links are paid referral links, labelled “Paid link”; the provider may learn that you arrived from Lindy Health, but we do not pass them your personal information.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party sites you visit from our links may set their own.
Children
The site is written for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honour them.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
