Found vs Ro

Found vs Ro: common questions

Is Found or Ro better?

Ro scores higher on our rubric (9.0 vs 6.9 out of 10). That reflects price transparency, labs, prescribers, availability and cancellation terms, not clinical outcomes. Ro: Adults who want brand-name, FDA-approved GLP-1s with transparent cash pricing or help using commercial insurance, and who are comfortable with an online, message-based model. Found: People with commercial insurance, or willing to prepay a year, who want a medically supervised programme that can use compounded, branded or non-GLP-1 medications.

Which is cheaper, Found or Ro?

Found starts at $99/mo with insurance or $169/mo cash (12-month prepaid; compounded semaglutide included). Ro starts at $39 first month membership + medication (Wegovy pill cash price from $149/mo). Compare what each price includes, especially labs and medication.

Do Found and Ro include lab work?

Found: billed separately. Ro: included.

Which is easier to cancel?

Found: Terms & Conditions (updated 2024-11-13): cancel via the 'Cancel Membership' link on the Account Details page or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect within 24 hours and access to providers and prescriptions stops. Subscription fees are 'final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise', with refunds or credits at Found's sole discretion. The lowest prices require a 12-month prepaid plan. A search summary described a separate Refund Policy (full membership refund within 3 days or before the first consult), but I couldn't load that page to confirm it. Ro: Per the Terms of Use, revised 2026-04-02: cancel in your account under Ro Body Program > Program Details > 'Cancel Subscription', or by email. You must cancel at least 48 hours before the next renewal date. Access continues through the paid cycle. Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable. The $39 first month is refunded if you're found ineligible for GLP-1s.
