What we like
- Offers FDA-approved branded GLP-1s (Wegovy pill/pen, Ozempic, Zepbound, Foundayo) with starting prices shown on the site
- Low $39 first month of membership
- Medication fees are FSA/HSA-eligible
- Non-GLP-1 oral medication kits available as a lower-cost option
Watch out for
- Membership ($149/mo after month one) is billed on top of medication
- Doesn't use insurance for its weight-loss program
- Active FTC lawsuit (July 2026) over health-data sharing and billing/cancellation practices, plus a Sept 2025 FDA warning letter over compounded semaglutide claims
- Trustpilot score of 2.9 from about 9,600 reviews
Cancelling
Per Hims support search snippets, you cancel in the app (Profile > Subscriptions > Manage subscription > turn off auto-renew) at least two days before the next billing date, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Ending the membership also ends the medication plan. The FTC's July 2026 complaint alleges subscriptions were difficult to cancel and that customers were charged once they submitted intake forms; Hims calls the claims baseless.
Where it is available
Hims says GLP-1s are 'not yet available in all 50 states' but publishes no state list; the platform overall operates in all 50 states (not Puerto Rico)
