Your titration calendar,
from the label.
GLP-1 medications are started low and stepped up every four weeks to limit nausea. This lays out the label schedule against your start date so you know what dose you should be on in any given week. Your prescriber may hold a step longer; the label allows it.
THIS WEEK YOU SHOULD BE ON
—How it’s calculated
Wegovy (semaglutide): 0.25 → 0.5 → 1.0 → 1.7 → 2.4 mg weekly, 4 weeks per step Ozempic (semaglutide): 0.25 → 0.5 → 1.0 → 2.0 mg weekly, 4 weeks per step (0.25 is not a treatment dose) Zepbound (tirzepatide): 2.5 → 5 → 7.5 → 10 → 12.5 → 15 mg weekly, 4 weeks per step, stop at the target dose
Assumptions and limits
- Schedules are the label defaults. Prescribers commonly hold a dose longer for tolerability; they do not escalate faster.
- Dates assume one injection per week on the same weekday as your start date.
- This is a calendar, not a prescription. Dose changes are your prescriber’s decision.
