At-home kits: refund within 60 days of purchase less a $45 kit fee if the sample has not been sent; some rapid kits are final sale. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days of confirmed eligibility; request by phone (800-833-3935) or email (ondemandsupport@labcorp.com). The Personal Wellness Program is non-refundable.
