Who prescribes ED medication online, and what the cheap chewables actually are
ED telehealth is the most commoditised category here. The medication is generic and the differences are in price, format, and whether anyone looks at the whole picture, including testosterone.

Per Hims support search snippets, you cancel in the app (Profile > Subscriptions > Manage subscription > turn off auto-renew) at least two days before the next billing date, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Ending the membership also ends the medication plan. The FTC's July 2026 complaint alleges subscriptions were difficult to cancel and that customers were charged once they submitted intake forms; Hims calls the claims baseless.

How we ranked these
Same rubric. Weighted toward providers that screen for underlying causes rather than only dispensing. Facts come from each provider’s own pricing, FAQ and terms pages, with regulator and court records where they exist. Scores are produced by a fixed table, so the same facts always give the same score. See the rubric.
Best ED telehealth providers: FAQ
What is the best ed telehealth providers provider?
Ro ranks first, scoring 9.3/10 on our five-criterion rubric. Adults who want brand-name, FDA-approved GLP-1s with transparent cash pricing or help using commercial insurance, and who are comfortable with an online, message-based model.
How were these providers ranked?
Every provider is scored on the same five weighted criteria: licensed states (24%), labs included (24%), cost transparency (18%), cancellation friction (17%) and formulary breadth (17%). Who prescribes is shown on each review but not scored. Facts come from each provider’s published pages, checked November 6, 2026. Scores marked * are provisional because one or two criteria could not be verified.
Which of these include lab work in the price?
Ro include the initial lab work in their published pricing. The others bill labs separately or did not publish it.
Do any of these providers have regulatory or legal issues?
Ro, Rex MD, Hims & Hers have a public regulatory or legal record, such as an FDA warning letter or lawsuit. Details and sources are on each review page.
Do providers pay to be on this list?
No. Placement is set by the rubric score. Where a provider pays us a referral fee, its link is labelled “Paid link”, and that does not change its score.
