Lindy Health is taking part in a joint study with the Department of Health and Human Services and taking part in consumer trials related to the efficacy of online weight loss programs.
For the past decade, the rise of weight loss programs available to consumers online has continued to grow exponentially.
It is often hard for both consumers and medical professionals to assess the overall effectiveness and benefits of such health programs and diets.
We are looking for to study some of the more popular weight loss programs, “fad” diets, and
We are looking to include approximately 500 participants representing various demographics including race, income, background, lifestyles, and health levels.

Who is Eligible
Male or Female Participants
Ages 18 – 65
Non-Smokers
No Pre-Existing Heart Conditions
Had Physical Exam in the Past 12 Months
What Do I Have to Do
You will be emailed access or shipped product for a 6 month supply or subscription to a popular weight loss program
You will need to answer weekly surveys sent via email regarding the weight loss or
You will need to not be currently participating or signing up for other weight loss / diet programs online.
